Ancient renovated farmhouse surrounded by a 10,000 m2 park and equipped with a swimming pool with adjacent large covered structure with changing room, bathroom, barbecue and hob, at your exclusive disposal.
In the villa there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large lounge and dining room which can accommodate the whole family up to 8 people. Laundry area, equipped kitchen and Wifi throughout the house.

The caretaker lives in an apartment adjacent to the villa, and she will be present upon your arrival and always during your stay.

30 minutes by car and train from Turin, in the wide Cuneo plain at the foot of the Alps and bordering the Roero and Langhe hills.
You can relax by the pool (opened from 1st of june until 30th of september) or visit the Royal Castle of Racconigi, the last residence of the Savoy family, which is part of the circuit of Savoy residences in Piedmont and, with its wonderful park, is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Then visit the characteristic historic centre, the Silk Museum and the Stork Centre. The pleasant towns of Saluzzo, Savigliano, Bra and Roero are 20 minutes away, Alba and the Langhe 30 minutes.
Cycle paths in the area, possibility of renting bikes in the village. Three well-known 18-hole par 72 golf courses, venues of numerous national competitions (La Margherita, i Girasoli and Cherasco) are located between 15 and 25 km away.
In Racconigi and the surrounding area numerous restaurants with typical Piedmontese cuisine, local markets in the area every weekend.
